We reserve the right to update, modify or withdraw the website or any content on it at any time without notice. We are not liable if, for any reason, the website is unavailable at any time.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to The Green Bowl. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.
Orders can be placed through our Click & Collect system (powered by GloriaFood), or through our third-party delivery partners Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat. Each platform operates under its own terms and conditions, which we encourage you to read before placing an order.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if an item becomes unavailable or if we are unable to fulfil the order due to operational reasons. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any payment taken.
All orders are subject to availability. Menu items, prices and availability may change without prior notice. We make every effort to keep our menu and pricing up to date, but cannot guarantee complete accuracy at all times.
All prices displayed on our website and ordering platforms are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may vary between our in-store, Click & Collect and delivery platforms.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been placed and confirmed.
Click & Collect orders are prepared fresh for collection from 16 Swan Street, Loughborough, LE11 5BL. Your order will be ready at your selected collection time.
Please bring your order reference number when collecting. Orders not collected within a reasonable time of the selected slot may be disposed of. We cannot guarantee that uncollected orders will be held indefinitely.
If you need to cancel a Click & Collect order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thegreenbowluk.com or by calling us. Cancellations made before preparation begins may be eligible for a full refund. Once your order is being prepared, we may not be able to issue a refund.
Delivery orders placed through Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat are subject to those platforms' own terms, conditions and refund policies. Any issues with delivery orders (including late delivery, missing items or quality concerns) should be raised directly with the relevant platform in the first instance.
We take great care to ensure every order leaves our kitchen to the highest standard, but we have limited control over delivery times and conditions once an order leaves our premises.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thegreenbowluk.com. We take all complaints seriously and will do our best to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We may request evidence such as a photograph of the issue before processing a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
We do not offer refunds for orders where a customer has simply changed their mind after the order has been prepared.
We take allergen awareness very seriously. Full allergen information is available on our Nutrition & Allergens page.
Due to the nature of our kitchen environment, all food prepared at The Green Bowl may contain traces of the 14 major allergens, including nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, soya and others. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from any allergen.
If you have a severe allergy or dietary requirement, please inform a member of staff before ordering. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot accept liability for reactions caused by undisclosed allergen requirements.
Nutritional information displayed on our website is provided as a guide only and is based on standard recipes. Actual nutritional content may vary slightly depending on ingredient availability and portion preparation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Green Bowl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
